CCG IR Asia President Crocker Coulson to Lead Panel at First Ever Asia PIPEs Conference April 8-10 in Hong Kong

Panel Addresses Going Public Strategies for Chinese Companies

Los Angeles, CA - April 8, 2008 - CCG Investor Relations Asia, a leading global investor relations and strategic communications agency, announced today that company president Crocker Coulson will lead a panel entitled, "Alternatives to Bring a Company Public: IPOs vs. Reverse Mergers vs. SPAC" on April 9 at the first ever Asia PIPEs Conference, held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong from April 8-10.

The Conference, hosted by DealFlow Media, will be the largest gathering of the year for investors, bankers and attorneys from around the globe, covering financial and legal topics pertaining to going public and raising capital. The Conference will feature three full days of programming, including sessions on doing business internationally, raising capital, completing reverse mergers, regulatory issues and company presentations.

Mr. Coulson will moderate the panel, "Alternatives to Bring a Company Public: IPOs vs. Reverse Mergers vs. SPACs," which will explore the various facets of alternative methods of bringing a company public. The panel is part of the conference program track on understanding U.S. and international investment structures. Other panelists include: Jeff Jenson, Tryant Capital; Peter Kuo, Susquehanna International Group; William McCluskey, Brean Murray, Carret & Co.; Mitch Nussbaum, Loeb & Loeb; David Wong, H.C. Wainwright & Co.; and Luca Toscani, Keating Asia.

"Despite weakness in the global equity markets and an increasingly complex PRC regulatory environment, we continue to see a large number of high quality, fast growing companies from China choosing to pursue a U.S. listing via either a traditional initial public offering, reverse merger, or by being acquired by a SPAC," said Mr. Coulson. "This valuable seminar will provide Chinese senior management with the information to evaluate which structure is most suitable to their stage of development, as well as an overview of recent deal multiples and terms. CCG Asia is dedicated to guiding the management of Chinese companies through the going public process and helping them to develop strong and vibrant trading in the aftermarket as a U. S. public company."
