USC MARSHALL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS TO HOST 3RD ANNUAL SUMMIT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

William Coffin, CEO of CCG Investor Relations, Will Host Panel on "Crisis in the Corner Office"

Los Angeles, CA - March 19, 2008 - The University of Southern California (USC) Corporate Governance Summit will be held March 20 and 21 on the USC campus in downtown Los Angeles. The summit, presented by the USC Marshall School of Business in partnership with Resources Global Professionals, will explore current practices and emerging trends in corporate governance from theoretical, strategic and practical perspectives.

Participating in the conference will be William Coffin, CEO of CCG Investor Relations, one of the largest investor relations agencies in the country. Coffin will moderate a panel addressing the accelerating rate of turnover among CEOs entitled "Crisis in the Corner Office." The panel will cover the underlying causes and surrounding circumstances of the trend towards decreasing CEO tenure. The average CEO tenure was 12 years in 1995, down from high teens in previous decades, while in 2007 the average tenure was just five and one half years.

"The subject is more timely and visible today than in any time in recent history," Coffin said. "The stress that exists today in the corner office has expressed itself in a number of ways, including the rapid and accelerating rate of high profile CEO departures." As CEO of CCG Investor Relations, Coffin is an advisor to numerous publicly held and private companies in a broad range of industries.

Additional panel participants include: Mark Nadler, partner at Oliver, Wyman, Delta Organization & Leadership LLC; Allan Rudnick, principal at Family Offices, LLC, a private wealth management firm, and recently retired as a founder of the prominent investment company Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management; and Mark Collinson, partner with CCG Investor Relations and a former investment banker and member of several boards.
