CCG Investor Relations Strengthens Team with Key Hires

LOS ANGELES (February 20, 2008) – CCG Investor Relations, a leading global investor relations and strategic communications agency, today announced multiple senior level hires designed to further raise the level of the company’s client services in response to the continued growth of its client base in the US, Asia and Israel.  The new executives run the gamut from financial writers, to media executives and market intelligence.

“With these recent new hires, CCG has strengthened the ranks of our senior staff so as to provide our clients access to the deepest team of investor relations professionals in the industry,” said Crocker Coulson, president of CCG Investor Relations.  “Our new executives add a unique flavor to our existing staff, giving our clients the best opportunity to have a successful IR campaign.

The additions of the new staff continue a strategy that has been highlighted by recent new office openings and client acquisition that will allow CCG to continue to maintain its positioning as one of the top investor relations agencies in the world.

Joining the agency’s financial writing team are Sally Panicker, Farrah Dean and Lee Ann Torrans, all based in CCG’s New York office.  CCG’s financial writers, who help craft compelling and consistent investment messages across all lines of shareholder communication, work with the clients to create press releases, corporate profiles, PowerPoint presentations and other written materials.

Prior to joining CCG, Panicker worked as senior associate/analyst at several buy side wall-street firms, including Vault Partners, Citrus Capital, Needham & Co., and Morgan Stanley.  In her positions at these firms, Panicker analyzed companies and made investment recommendations to portfolio managers.  In her previous roles as Senior Associate Analyst with the equity research groups at Oppenheimer & Co., and Rodman and Renshaw, Dean valuated biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, built detailed financial models, and wrote reports for distribution to institutional clients.  Torrans is an attorney with a Masters in Information Science/Competitive Intelligence.  She has published texts in her areas of expertise and joins CCG as a Senior Financial writer from her position as writer and In-House Counsel for Pentony Enterprises, LLC.

The agency’s market intelligence team gets a boost with the addition of Michael Buchanan, who will work in the agency’s New York office.  Prior to CCG, Buchanan led a team within Thomson Financial’s market intelligence division on behalf of a wide array of industries, as well as managing the firm’s international division. In addition, he served as the investor relations practitioner for the public relations firm of Manning Selvage & Lee, wherein he covered the telecommunications and technology sectors.  CCG’s market intelligence team serves as liaison to the investment community for the company’s nearly 80 US and global clients.

Rounding out the agency’s media relations team is Javier E. David, who will work out of the New York office.  David comes to CCG with more than seven years of experience in journalism, media relations and high-stakes communications, with a background steeped in business, finance, economics and public policy. Previous to his work at CCG, he worked for the Global Consulting Group and the American Stock Exchange, helping to create and execute media relations programs and strategic messaging, and spent five years covering capital markets, finance and economics as a reporter for Reuters. The agency’s media relations team is responsible for telling the client’s story to the financial, trade and business media with the goal of extending the value of the company’s stock.
