Seminar on Global Trends in the Capital Markets and Strategies for Accessing U.S. Investors to be held at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

The Benefits of a Level 1 ADR and an OTCQX listing to be discussed

Tel Aviv--January 25 2010-- CCG Investor Relations, a leading global investor relations firm, and Gelbart Kahana, Israel's largest investor relations firm, will host a seminar at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on January 28, 2010 to discuss global trends in the capital markets and how Tel Aviv listed companies can gain access to U.S. investors and diversify their shareholder base.

“Now is an excellent time for some of Israeli’s finest emerging and established companies to consider broadening their exposure to U.S. institutional and retail investors,” said Crocker Coulson, President of CCG Investor Relations. “Many compelling investment stories have yet to be told to U.S. investor’s with an appetite for companies with solid management teams and attractive growth stories. There is considerable evidence that having an OTCQX ADR significantly improves companies’ liquidity and value, while opening up a new realm of U.S. retail and institutional capital to invest into their stock.”

Topics of discussion include the valuation and performance trends of U.S-listed Israeli companies and an introduction to the benefits of a Level 1 ADR traded on OTCQX, the premier tier of the OTC market. OTCQX provides international companies a visible cross-listing in the U.S. without the duplicative regulatory burdens of a traditional U.S. exchange listing.

The seminar topics include:

  • Introduction to the OTCQX Marketplace: Crocker Coulson, President, CCG Investor Relations (on behalf of OTCQX)
  •

  • Benefits of a Level 1 ADR Program and OTCQX: Mary Gormley, Vice President Depositary Receipts, The Bank of New York Mellon
  •

  • ADR Registration and Regulatory Requirements, Legal Risks and Rewards: Ari Weisbrot, Partner, Phillips Nizer LLP
  •

  • Valuation and Performance Trends for Israeli Companies Listed in the US: Kenny Green, Partner, CCG Israel
